For rent, we use both classic electric Hidrostal Screw Centrifugal Pumps, which are known for their great operational reliability and throughput, and mobile diesel- driven pumps called SuperBetsy, which, like the electric pumps, excel in low consumption. Last but not least, we can deploy our HEBER 2000 syphon technology, which is extremely advantageous for the reconstruction of waste channels where often a longer downtime is required. We also offer for rent all associated material from control panels with frequency converter and GSM connection, to pipes of various materials and dimensions.
For all these systems, our engineers will carry out a professional design and our service technicians will professionally assemble and connect the supplied technology.
Powerful Hidrostal Screw Centrifugal Pumps are equipped when necessary with a cooling jacket. This allows the pumps to be used in wet and dry installations. In dry installation, a quiet electronic vacuum system can be attached to the pump to ensure that they are constantly filled with pumped medium. This makes them first class.
At the heart of these pumps is the proven Screw Centrifugal Impeller with unequalled clogging resistance, which means that the pumps are suitable for pumping wastewater and heavily contaminated media with large particles as well as long fibers.
According to the application, the pumps can run very quietly when they do not have the noisy cooling fan used in conventional electric motors. Of course, these pumps can traditionally be used also as submersible pumps.
Unique, self-priming, mobile diesel and electric motor driven Independent Pump System SuperBetsy - for pumping waste water in locations away from electric power grids.
At the heart of these pumping stations is the proven Screw Centrifugal Impeller with the unequaled resistance to clogging. This makes them suitable for pumping wastewater and heavily polluted media with large particles as well as long fibres.
These multi-purpose pumps are equipped with an electronic controlled vacuum system for high-speed suction. The suction depth reaches up to 8.5 m and the suction length up to 100 m.
The great advantage of Betsy pumps is low energy consumption, simple handling and maintenance and installation in a soundproofed cabinet, also the control possibilities via GSM net, according to the application.
The Heber 2000 syphon system is based on the principle of connected vessels. The driving energy of this system is the difference in levels, whereby the level at the input must be higher than the level at the outlet. Continuous pumping is provided by a complex control unit, supported by a vaccum pump, located in a protective container. In wide ranges the system works with flow-matching and is very stable.
The biggest advantage is pumping at minimum operating costs, caused by only 0.5 – 1.0 kWh per day dependent on gas content of the media pumped and some other controllable conditions.
The energy consumption when reaching a pumping volumes of up to 15,000 l/s is many times lower compared to conventional pumping, which makes Heber 2000 very economical.
For a comprehensive solution of temporary pumping, we offer a wide range of additional accessories.
Primarily, these are pipes, hoses, fittings, control panel for pumps, power generators and other electrical components like GSM alarm detectors. We also offer rental of bridging structures to maintain traffic when pumping over traffic communications.
With the vacuum system, which is also part of our product range, it is possible to carry out pumping even in very confined spaces. Individual accessory components can of course also be rented separately.
