Research and development and the resulting innovations are the basis for the success of our products. This began with the invention of the screw centrifugal impeller by Martin Stähle and has been consistently pursued ever since. Our team is continuously working on developing new products as well as improving our existing portfolio while meeting the needs of our customers as best as possible. Our focus here is on durable products of the highest quality that contribute to sustainable solutions in all areas of application.
Hidrostal pumps reliably and efficiently solve pumping tasks in all application areas. A simple modular system allows high flexibility in combining different types of pumps for an almost unlimited number of installation options.
Hidrostal can offer the optimal product from a range of 500 standard versions available. In addition, Hidrostal has developed customised solutions and entire pump series in close co-ordination and cooperation with its customers.
The Hidrostal hydraulic system reliably and efficiently solves pumping problems in all application areas. For more than 60 years, Hidrostal pumps with their original screw impeller have been pumping wastewater, liquids with a high solid content, foodstuffs, slurry and sludge, fibrous materials, abrasive and gaseous media and much more.
By adding the SharkFin and JetDisk, the innovative FreeFlow-Technology increases the benefits of the Hidrostal hydraulic characteristics and improves the reliability of your pump installations.
The Tuma line has no fewer than six patents. These innovations ensure that the motors are even more efficient, robust and durable.
The motors can be operated horizontally and vertically, both dry and submersed. The pioneering cooling system is extremely efficient and enables high motor performance. Two patented solutions are particularly important here: the heat exchanger between the cooling medium and the pumped medium, and the new bearing cooling system on the non-pump side of the motor.
The heat exchanger is optimized for maximum efficiency and heat dissipation, while the bearing cooling leads to lower bearing temperatures and thus significantly increases bearing life. Overall, this results in an exceptionally reliable and energy-efficient motor.
Energy efficiency is the key for today’s pumping business. Therefore all manufacturers make promises about efficiency levels, especially for electric motors. The question is, if they are applicable for submerged wastewater pumps.
In coordination and close cooperation with our customers,
our engineers continuously develop customized solutions up to entire pump series.
