The Bedford and Hidrostal Pump Condition Monitor is designed to protect the pump in the event of a fault condition ensuring the pump and motor are fully protected at all times. If the pump is running outside of the values set within the unit an alarm signal is set. If the fault condition continues to deteriorate the condition monitor will trip the unit.
The unit also provides supervisory status and recording of various protection and indicators installed into modern submersible pumps, hence can be central to any planned maintenance and condition-based monitoring system.
Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) opens up a world of possibilities and opportunity for any business to monitor, diagnose and fully understand how a machine or elements thereof are performing in its operational environment, without the need to cease function or production.
We offer an array of onsite CBM services to assess the condition of your assets, followed by a comprehensive report providing detailed summaries and recommendations to improve plant maintenance and efficiency.
Vibration Analysis
All rotating equipment produces a unique vibration signature that can be analyzed for abnormalities. The type of variance detected can signal different problems and pinpoint the likely cause of the fault.
